D’Andrea (Dee) Anderson is founder and CEO of Values Based Business Strategies, which provides Business Consulting and Executive Coaching. She holds an MBA from Purdue University, is a certified Executive Coach, certified in Diversity & Inclusion and serves on three Non-Profit Boards. Dee’s core competencies are in Business & Financial Strategy, Process Improvement and Coaching.
D’Andrea has 27+ years of Corporate Executive and Business Experience. She has deep for-profit and non-for-profit board room and corporate leadership knowledge. D’Andrea serves as the Board President for Harriet’s Daughters, Board Treasurer for Just The Beginning Foundation- A pipeline Organization, and as the Board President of Halo Security Group.
From 1995 to 2020 Dee worked at JP Morgan providing coverage for the Corporate & Investment Bank, The Commercial Bank and Asset & Wealth Management. She was part of the Executive Leadership Team for 15,000+ employees working in the Chicago land area and served as the Executive Sponsor for 16,000+ hours of volunteer service to local communities.
During her career at JPM Dee managed over 80 billion in assets and liabilities in Securitized Products, Tax Oriented Investments and led Strategy for over 1,400 global employees within the Commercial Bank Wholesale Operations. Dee’s span of control varied across 14 levels within JPM and her influence within the finance community is well recognized by various organizations and institutions.
Dee’s philanthropic and volunteer work centers on educational and economic opportunities for underserved communities where she has been recognized for her service. She is a sought-after speaker on corporate advancement, strategy, governance, and compliance.
Dee has received many prestigious awards and recognitions over her career and is eager to continue to work with companies on Values-Based Business Strategies and solutions.
